A skills group for people with a history of trauma and addiction. It focuses on healthy coping skills and useful problem solving skills

Overcoming Trauma (8 week closed group)

This group is meant to provide participants with space to reflect on the impact of trauma on their lives, gain strategies to manage symptoms of trauma, and begin to move toward post traumatic growth

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (9 week open group)

A skills training group for people who are looking to learn better ways of responding to their emotions, tolerate distress, be mindful of the present moment, and improve their relationships with themselves and others

Mindfulness (6 week closed group)

This group aims to help participants manage stress. Engage in various mindfulness practices, including breath-work, gentle yoga, body scans, sitting and walking meditations.
