Welcome! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and I work with both individuals and couples. I’ve completed specific training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method Level 1 Couples Therapy.
My approach is integrative as I draw on several therapies and approaches mainly Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) using a trauma-focused lens. At my core, I firmly believe that my therapeutic approach honours establishing a safe space and strong therapeutic relationship
At the heart of my approach is attentive, non-judgmental and compassionate listening combined with gentle inquiry to facilitate deep consideration of your issues. I aim to support you with useful strategies in discovering your strengths and applying them in your day-to-day living.
