What is it
Brainspotting uses fixed points in your field of vision — 'brainspots' — to access and process trauma and distress held in deeper, non-verbal parts of the brain. Working with focused attention and the felt sense in the body, it can reach and release material that talking alone doesn't touch.
Our approach
We use Brainspotting gently and attuned to your nervous system, following your inner experience rather than pushing. It pairs well with our somatic, trauma-informed way of working.
Why connect with us
If you carry trauma or activation that feels beyond words, Brainspotting may help it move. Our trained clinicians can guide the process — book a free consultation to learn more.
