Freshte is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Master of Arts in English Literature. She is a Level 1 certified AEDP therapist and trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Brainspotting, Somatic Trauma Therapy, Complex Trauma (C-PTSD), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and hypnosis and guided-imagery interventions for trauma. She is passionate about helping clients who have experienced trauma and complex trauma — including childhood trauma, religious trauma, and racism-related traumatic experiences — as well as mood-regulation difficulties, anxiety, and depression. She often works with adults in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community as well as racialized clients. Self-described as "the nerdy therapist," she'll gladly sit alongside you through the uncomfortable feelings while you work toward a way forward together. In her therapy room there is no shame, no judgement, and no taboos.

Angelica is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist (OCSWSSW) with hospital and community experience, and master's degrees in Social Work and Sociology from the University of Toronto. She works especially with youth and young adults, and brings particular experience supporting people through substance use and addiction — alongside complex and developmental trauma, mood and personality disorders, and more — drawing on CBT, ACT, DBT, and trauma therapies. A Registered Yoga Teacher, she weaves in movement and breath to support grounding, safety, and nervous-system regulation.

Magdhi is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO), educator, and artist, and a strong advocate for mental health among immigrants and people of colour in Canada. With a Master of Counselling Psychology and a triple-honours degree in Psychology, Literature, and Economics, she brings a multicultural, culturally-informed, trauma-informed lens — certified in EMDR and drawing on ACT, DBT, CBT, and art-based approaches. She is 2SLGBTQI+ affirming and also offers couples counselling.

Lesley Nightingale

Lesley is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO, CCPA) with a background in psychology, kinesiology, and chiropractic care, and years volunteering on crisis and suicide lines. Her holistic approach is rooted in the mind-body connection — warm, responsive, and trust-first — drawing on ACT, person-centred, emotion- and compassion-focused, trauma-informed and narrative therapies, and EMDR. She helps clients move through stuckness and self-criticism toward growth and resilience.

Ashley is a Registered Psychotherapist with over twenty years of counselling experience, and a clinical supervisor at Healing Space. Her trainings include Complex Trauma Levels 1 & 2, EMDR certification, IFS Levels 1 & 2, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. She integrates mindfulness, narrative, psychodynamic, body-oriented, and emotion- and trauma-focused therapies within a safe, caring environment. Registered with the CRPO and the OAMHP.

Emma is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist (OCSWSSW) with nine years of counselling experience, and a clinical supervisor at Healing Space. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and trained through Women's College Hospital's Trauma Therapy Program, with IFS Levels 1–3, EMDR Advanced Certification, and EFT Levels 1 & 2. Working relationally — client-centred, strength-based, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed — she supports anxiety, depression, the impacts of trauma, grief, and relationship challenges.
