What is it
DBT combines acceptance and change, teaching concrete skills across four areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. It was developed for intense emotional experiences and is well suited to overwhelm, self-harm urges, and relationships that feel like a rollercoaster.
Our approach
We draw on DBT skills to help you steady intense emotions and navigate relationships, integrated into individual, trauma-informed therapy rather than delivered as a rigid programme.
Why connect with us
If emotions often feel too big or too fast, DBT skills can give you footing. Our therapists can help you build them — book a consultation to begin.
