About Angelica
Angelica is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist (OCSWSSW) with hospital and community experience, and master's degrees in Social Work and Sociology from the University of Toronto. She works especially with youth and young adults, and brings particular experience supporting people through substance use and addiction — alongside complex and developmental trauma, mood and personality disorders, and more — drawing on CBT, ACT, DBT, and trauma therapies. A Registered Yoga Teacher, she weaves in movement and breath to support grounding, safety, and nervous-system regulation.
